Rapid Seal

Modern Stone’s Rapid Seal penetrating sealer is an economical, water based sealer, formulated to provide fast and effective stain repellency to a variety of substrates with little or no change in appearance. It allows for moisture vapor transmission and may also be used as a pre-grouting sealer. Rapid Seal provides strong resistance within 24 hours of applying – full cure in 48 to 72 hours. Greatly reduces cleaning maintenance.

Shine & Seal

Modern Stone’s Shine & Seal is a water based formula designed to provide gloss and color enhancement to slate, saltillo tile, concrete/masonry, pavers and other types of absorbent natural stones. Utilizing advanced micro-bond technology, its U.V. resistant formulation also protects the substrate from the harshest types of water based stains. Shine & Seal can be used on slate, saltillo, terra cotta, concrete/masonry, sandstone, tumbled marble, quartzite and other porous substrates where a gloss finish is desired.

Barrier EXT
